"I use to love having state farm, this office was good but for the past 6 months has been by far the worst. Never once picked up a phone to call because my card lapsed due to fraud. The fact they couldn't pick up a phone to call shows lack of customer service. I now get texts magically saying blah blah blah but I've moved to another provider. I asked to save money and instead the bill went up, you had my new card on file and still F'ed up and again no call. So when I switched months later, now you finally call and text, sad I threw 25 years away due to poor service. Stop telling me I don't have coverage thru state farm, I couldn't be more happy that I'm actually saving money with the exact same coverage. Maybe take care of your customers better over metrics and sales. You lost a 25 year customer forever."
